The short version

We keep your email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist box. We do not keep the messages you paste into the tool. There is no account to make and no card to give us.

The messages you paste

When you paste a customer message and press the button, that text is sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the AI, so it can write the three replies. It comes back to your screen and is then gone. We do not write it to our database and it is not in any log we keep.

Because it leaves your device to reach the AI, do not paste anything you would not want a third party to process. Bank details, passwords and medical information do not belong in the box.

Your email address

If you join the waitlist we store your email address and the date you joined, nothing more. We use it to tell you when SellMate launches. We do not sell it, we do not share it, and we will not add you to anything else.

Want it deleted? Email hello@sell-mate.co.uk and we will remove it.

Keeping the tool working

To stop one person using up the free tool for everybody, we count how many times each visitor uses it. We do that with a scrambled version of your IP address that cannot be turned back into an IP address, plus the time. That count is deleted after 30 days.

Cookies

None. SellMate sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
